1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Irahe, the app discovery platform accessible at irahe.com and through our companion applications. By accessing or using Irahe, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Termsâ€) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of the Terms, please discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify the Terms from time to time; continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Irahe and its components are owned by Irahe or its licensors. This includes the Site Content, such as the platform’s design, layout, graphics, text, logos, images, and underlying software, which are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Irahe services. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or create derivative works from Site Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with Irahe’s prior written consent. If you contribute content to Irahe, you retain ownership of that content, but you grant Irahe a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.
3. Third-Party Links and Hosted Content
Irahe serves as a curated gateway to app listings hosted on third-party platforms, predominantly the Google Play Store. Irahe does not host, modify, verify, or control the apps themselves. When you select an app listing on Irahe, you will be redirected to a third-party platform to obtain or install the app. The terms and policies of those third-party platforms (including Google Play) apply to your use of the apps and any data you provide there. Irahe disclaims responsibility for the availability, accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party content, and you release Irahe from claims arising from interactions with such content or platforms.
4. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS†AND “AS AVAILABLE†BASIS. IRAHE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. IRAHE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM IRAHE OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. IN NO EVENT SHALL IRAHE OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, IN WHICH CASE SUCH LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW.
